Johnson's Health & Fitness Consultations provide an opportunity to speak directly with Sam Johnson. Whether you're looking for personalised guidance, a second opinion, or simply an opportunity to learn, each consultation is tailored entirely to your needs.The consultation can cover anything you'd like to discuss. Common examples include reviewing your current training programme, exploring the science behind a health or fitness topic, social media growth, or advice on becoming a coach.Calls are typically conducted via WhatsApp, although alternative arrangements can be made upon request. If preferred, consultations can also be carried out via text-based communication.
